Think of a GAIT Analysis as a deep dive into your unique running form. We will capture you running from different angles, then break down every part of your stride: from how your foot strikes the ground to the rotation of your hips and the swing of your arms.

Alongside this analysis, will undertake a personal assessment, and look at things like your mobility, flexibility, strength, and any past injuries as well as your current fitness routines.

These efforts will help us with recommendations to prevent injuries, improve performance, and promote your goals.

After your GAIT Analysis and Personal Assessment, we will will develop a bespoke stretching plan designed to improve your flexibility, range of motion, and reduce muscle stiffness - all tailored specifically to your needs.

Taking into account your current flexibility levels, any muscle imbalances or areas of tightness, and current activity levels, lifestyle, and any pre-existing injuries or conditions, this Personalized Stretching Plan will incorporate a variety of stretching techniques, such as dynamic, static, PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), or ballistic stretches, with specific exercises and durations aimed at optimizing your physical performance.
- In addition to the exercises in clinic training, you will be given tailor exercises to focus on building on your efforts outside of the gym. These homework exercises will focus on strengthening those areas identified as you progress. Simply running more will not fix underlying issues or form. In fact, it could make the imbalance worse and lead to pain or injury.
