Regardless of your situation, Blackbird Fitness & Nutrition offers several coaching program options that allow us to help you reach your goals on your own time while under the watch of a trained professional. With a mix of on-site and Zoom meetings plus regular check-ins with your trainer, we will find the right routine or meal planning that fits your schedule and allows you to make progress within the environment you feel most safe and comfortable.

Self-Paced Workouts

  • Tailored Workout Plans
  • In reviewing your current activity and equipment access, your certified personal trainer will create workouts for where you feel most comfortable.

  • Goal Development & Progress Tracking
  • Your certified personal trainer will work with you directly on crafting goals and tracking your gains, so that your workouts keep up with your progress.

  • Body Fat Measurements & Weigh-Ins at the beginning and the end of the 8 week program.
  • Regular check-ins to ensure your feel supported and on track.

Nutrition Coaching

  • Includes
  • Personalized Nutrition Plans
  • Your program will be tailored to your desired diet and restrictions, be they vegetarian, vegan, paleo, gluten and/or dairy free, detox, PCOS, autoimmune, and many others.

  • Goal-Based Programming
  • Creating your meal plan via That Clean Life to ensure accessibility with nutrition and diet needs. Plans will come with grocery lists and caloric breakdowns for all meals.

  • Body Fat Measurements & Weigh-Ins
  • These will be done during Weeks 4 & 8 of the program.
