Most people believe that cardio needs to be done in an all out exertion on your body. But that is not the answer to a healthier heart or to weight loss. Getting your heart stronger will allow your body to burn a better quality and thus burn from storage’s. Starting at 65-70% of your max heart rate will allow your body to work with your cardiovascular system to help you burn more calories from fat and less from sugar. Slowly this % will need to be adjusted with the main fact that your heart is healthier. 🙂
