Blackbird Fitness & Nutrition is excited to announce this new, small group nutrition and training program focused on habit changes to help you build a new baseline. We're not cutting out food groups or going on a crash diet, we're unpacking current habits and changing them for life, so that you can be your strongest, healthiest self for the long-term.

Build Better Habits 12-Week Group Program

  • 12x Week Plan • Roughly $80 per Week!
  • Includes: Group Kickoff Session • DEXA Scan Analysis • Personalized Nutrition Plans •
    Progressive Strength Plans • Video Resources • Body Fat Measurements & Weigh-Ins

Group Kickoff & DEXA Scan

  • Week One includes a group workout at Blackbird Fitness & Nutrition, giving you an opportunity to meeting your cohort and coaches. Members are recommended to get a DEXA Scan to track fat, lean mass, and bone density.

Personalized Nutrition Plans

  • The program includes individual nutrition plans, via That Clean Life, that are tailored to your desired diet and restrictions: vegetarian, vegan, paleo, gluten and/or dairy free, detox, PCOS, autoimmune, and many others.

Progressive Strength Plans

  • Your individualized strength program will have options for home or gym workout equipment, with a 3-Days per week strength training split and guidance on cardio and step count.

  • Taking into account your current fitness level and your desired goals, your individualized program will set you up for progressive gains over the entire program, helping to build up your routine and ensure healthy habits in the weeks and months beyond.

Video & App Resources

  • Program includes a private YouTube channel with a weekly video to guide each step of your habit change coaching, along with additional fitness and nutrition videos for reference.

  • The program also includes access to out centralized platform with group messaging, workout and nutrition tracking, measurements, and fitness tracker sync. Full accountability from your peers and your coaches to keep you motivated and answer questions along the way.

Body Fat Measurements & Weigh-Ins

  • In addition to DEXA scans, the program will have other scheduled home measurements along the way to track your success an progress,

Program Close Out

  • Week Twelve will include a final group workout at Blackbird Fitness & Nutrition and second, optional DEXA Scan to observe progress made over the program.
